It is our philosophy to help our visitors enjoy the unique nature and in particular the peace and quiet of the Fischleintal valley. We therefore ask for your understanding that children under 16 years of age are not allowed to enter the sauna and rest area. To enable the same calm in the swimming pool area we ask you not to allow your children to dive in the water without supervision and to ensure that they are not too noisy.

Charging station

We have a charging station for electric cars. The charging cost is 0.70 €/Kwh. Due to the power peaks, charging is not possible between 12.00 and 16.00.
 
Information on reservations and cancellations

At the time of booking a deposit is charged This can be paid under menu item “online payments” per credit card on a secure server “click to pay” or via bank transfer to our account.



Reservation:

Reservation becomes binding when:
a) Credit card notification as a guarantee or
b) after payment entrance of the deposit on our bank account

We also strongly recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance 
The hotel bill can be paid in cash up to € 4.999,99, with a crossed cheque, EC-Card, Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa.


 

Cancellation policy

The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit, which also constitutes acceptance of our cancellation policy.

Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the guest or the person making the booking may cancel the accommodation contract by unilateral written notice without incurring a cancellation fee. In this case, the total amount paid will be refunded, less a handling fee of €30.

In the event of cancellation by the guest or the person making the booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

- From 30 days up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date: 50% of the total price.
- From 13 days up to 8 days before the agreed arrival date: 80% of the total price.
- Less than 8 days before the agreed arrival date: 100% of the total price.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the corresponding total price will also be charged.

Please note that no exceptions to these conditions can be made. If the arrival date is within the next 30 days, the booking cannot be postponed or otherwise modified.
