General information
- All rooms have a bath tub/ shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, satellite TV, direct phone, room safe, and most of them a balcony.
- The use of the indoor swimming pool, the Turkish and Finnish saunas, the Jacuzzi, and the gym corner is included in the price.
- On your arrival day the rooms can be taken from 15.00 hrs.
- On your departure day the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 hrs.
- Upon reservation a deposit of Euro 250.00 must be paid. This can be done transmitting the data of your credit card (by fax, phone, email or letter) or with a bank transfer to our account:

Cancellation conditions
Within no more than 30 days before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the hospitality contract can be cancelled by the guest or the person who made the reservation without any charge by an unilateral written declaration. In the following cases the cancelling guest or reserving person are subjected to the payment of a cancellation fee: cancellation between the 30th day before the agreed arrival day and no less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the complete price; cancellation between the 13th day and the 8th day before agreed arrival day: 80%; cancellation less than 8 days before agreed arrival day, earlier departure, and belated arrival: 100% of the price are charged.
